To prohibit the imposition of an entrance fee at the Statue of Liberty National Monument, and for other purposes. To designate June 19, 1987, as "American Gospel Arts Day". To designate the third week in June 1987 as "National Dairy Goat Awareness Week". Designating June 25, 1987, as "National Catfish Day" To designate the Federal Building located at 10 Causeway Street, Boston, Massachusetts, as the "Thomas P. O'Neill, Jr., Federal Building".
