(1) the goals and objectives of the Board; (2) the role of Congressional participation in fulfilling such goals and objectives; and (3) plans for activities to be conducted during the remainder of the duration of the Congressional Award Program established under section 3 of the Congressional Award Act, consistent with the duties and requirements established under such Act. (b) TIME FOR REPORT.—The report required by subsection (a) shall be submitted not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act. Approved November 17, 1988.
