BOARD.—Section 502 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 792) is amended— (1) by amending subsection (a)(2) to read as follows: "(2)(A) The term of office of each appointed member of the Board shall be three years. Each year, the terms of office of four appointed members of the board shall expire. "(B) A member whose term has expired may continue to serve until a successor has been appointed.
