PUBLIC LAW 101-51—JULY 6, 1989 103 STAT. 141 Public Law 101-51 101st Congress An Act [H.R. 923] To redesignate the Federal hydropower generating facilities located at Dam B on the jyjy g jggg Neches River at Town Bluff, Texas, as the "Robert Douglas Willis Hydropower Project". Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. REDESIGNATION OF HYDROPOWER FACILITIES. The Federal hydropower generating facilities located at Dam B on the Neches River at Town Bluff, Texas, is redesignated as the "Robert Douglas Willis Hydropower Project". SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, rule, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States to the Federal hydropower generating facilities located at Dam B on the Neches River at Town Bluff, Texas, shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Robert Douglas Willis Hydropower Project".
