103 STAT. 14 PUBLIC LAW 101-10—APR. 2, 1989 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the week beginning April 2, 1989, is designated as "National Child Care Awareness Week", and the President of the United States is au- thorized and requested to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to observe the week with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
