PROCUREMENT, MARINE CORPS For expenses necessary for the procurement, manufacture, and modification of missiles, armament, ammunition, military equip- ment, spare parts, and accessories therefor; plant equipment, appli- ances, and machine tools, and installation thereof in public and private plants; reserve plant and Government and contractor-owned equipment layaway; vehicles for the Marine Corps, including pur- chase of not to exceed 172 passenger motor vehicles for replacement only; and expansion of public and private plants, including land necessary therefor, and such lands and interests therein, may be acquired and construction prosecuted thereon prior to approval of title; $1,213,792,000, to remain available for obligation until Septem- ber 30, 1992. AIRCRAFT PROCUREMENT, AIR FORCE For construction, procurement, and modification of aircraft and equipment, including armor and armament, specialized ground han- dling equipment, and training devices, spare parts, and accessories therefor; specialized equipment; expansion of public and private plants. Government-owned equipment and installation thereof in such plants, erection of structures, and acquisition of land, for the foregoing purposes, and such lands and interests therein, may be acquired, and construction prosecuted thereon prior to approval of title; reserve plant and Government and contractor-owned equip- ment layaway; and other expenses necessary for the foregoing pur- poses including rents and transportation of things; $15,679,242,000, to remain available for obligation until September 30, 1992: Pro- vided, That none of the funds provided in this Act may be obligated on B-IB bomber contracts which would cause the Air Forces $20,500,000,000 cost estimate for the B-IB bomber baseline program expressed in fiscal year 1981 constant dollars to be exceeded. MISSILE PROCUREMENT, AIR FORCE For construction, procurement, and modification of missiles, spacecraft, rockets, and related equipment, including spare parts and accessories therefor, ground handling equipment, and training devices; expansion of public and private plants.
