General note 3(c)(ii){A) of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is modified— (a) by deleting "Bahrain", "Brunei Darussalam", "Korea, Republic of, "Nauru", "Panama", "Singapore", and 'Taiwan" from the enumeration of independent countries. (b) by deleting "Bermuda" and "Hong Kong" from the enumeration of non-indepentent countries and territories. (c) by deleting "Brunei Darussalam" and "Singapore" born the enumeration of members of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN] and by modifying "Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN)" to read "Members of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) Eligible for GSF'. 2.
