PUBLIC LAW 101-384—SEPT. 18, 1990 104 STAT. 737 Public Law 101-384 101st Congress An Act To amend title 39, United States Code, to allow free mailing privileges to be extended to members of the Armed Forces while engaged in temporary military operations Sept. 18, 1990 under arduous circu instances. [S. 3033] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 3401(a)(1)(A) of title 89, United States Code, is amended by inserting "engaged in temporary military operations under arduous circumstances," before "or serving".
