105 STAT. 2060 PUBLIC LAW 102-240—DEC. 18, 1991 (g) REPORTS.— Not later than 1 year after completion of a project under this section, the State in which such project is located shall submit to the Secretary a report on the innovative techniques used in carrying out such project and on the results obtained through the use of such techniques. (h) APPLICABILITY OF TITLE 23. —Funds authorized by this section shall be available for obligation in the same manner as if such funds were apportioned under chapter 1 of title 23, United States Code, except that the Federal share of the cost of any project under this section shall be determined in accordance with this section and such funds shall remain available until expended. Funds authorized by this section shall not be subject to any obligation limitation. SEC. 1108. PRIORITY INTERMODAL PROJECTS. (a) PURPOSE.— The purpose of this section is to provide for the construction of innovative intermodal transportation projects. (b) AUTHORIZATION OF PRIORITY PROJECTS. —The Secretary is authorized to carry out the priority intermodal transportation projects described in this subsection.
