PROCLAMATION 6447-JUNE 15, 1992 106 STAT. 5323 (5) In order to correct certain typographical errors, the HTS is modified as set forth in Annex V to this proclamation. (6) In order to provide for certain modifications to the GSP, the HTS is modified as set forth in Annex VI to this proclamation. (7) Any provisions of previous proclamations and Executive orders inconsistent with the provisions of this proclamation are hereby superseded to the extent of such inconsistency. (8)(a) The amendments made by Annexes I, II, and Ill(a) to this proclamation shall be effective with respect to articles both: (i) imported on or after January 1, 1976, and (ii) entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after July 1, 1992. (b) The amendment made by Annex ni(b) to this proclamation shall be effective on or after 60 days after the date of publication of this proclamation in the Federal Register. (c) The modifications made by Annex IV(a) to this proclamation shall be effective with respect to goods originating in the territory of Canada which are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after January 1, 1993. (d) The modifications made by Annex IV(b) to this proclamation shall be effective with respect to goods originating in the territory of Canada which are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the dates indicated in such Annex. (e) The amendments made by Annex V to this proclamation shall be effective with respect to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the date of signature of this proclamation. (f) The amendments made by Annex VI to this proclamation shall be effective with respect to articles both: (i) imported on or after January 1, 1976, and (ii) entered, or withdrawn ft"om warehouse for consumption, on or after a date to be announced in the Federal Register by the United States Trade Representative. The subheadings and superior text are set forth in columnar format, and material in such columns is inserted in the columns of the HTS designated "Heading/Subheading", "Article Description", "Rates of Duty l-General", "Rates of Duty l-Special". and "Rates of Duty 2", respectively.
