107 STAT. 740 PUBLIC LAW 103-75—AUG. 12, 1993 SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION DISASTER LOANS PROGRAM ACCOUNT For an additional amount for "Disaster loans program account" for the cost of direct loans for the Midwest floods and other disasters, $90,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 1995, of which $10,000,000, to remain available until expended, may be transferred to and merged with the appropriations for Salaries and Expenses", and of which $20,000,000 shall be available only to the extent an ofElcial budget request for a specific dollar amount, that includes designation of the entire amount of the request as an emergency requirement as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended, is transmitted 15 USC 636 note, by the President to the Congress: Provided further. That notwithstanding any other provision of law, the $500,000 limitation on the amounts outstanding and committed to a borrower provided in paragraph 7(c)(6) of the Small Business Act shall be increased to $1,500,000 for disasters commencing on or after April 1, 1993. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ADMINISTRATION TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES For an additional amount for disaster relief for the Midwest floods for activities authorized by part B of title III of the Job Training Partnership Act, $54,600,000, to be available for obligation for the period July 1, 1993, through June 30, 1994, of which $11,100,000 shall be available only to the extent an official budget request for a specific dollar amount, that includes designation of the entire amount of the request as an emergency requirement as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended, is transmitted by the President to Congress. COMMISSION ON NATIONAL AND COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES For an additional amount for "Programs and activities" of the Commission on National and Community Service, $4,000,000, for use in carrying out Federal disaster relief programs, activities, and initiatives under subtitles C, E, F, and G of the National and Community Service Act of 1990 (Public Law 101-610), as the Board determines necessary to carry out programs related to the floods in the Midwest, to remain available until September 30, 1994, of which $2,000,000 shall be available only to the extent an official budget request for a specific dollar amount, that includes designation of the entire amount of the request as an emergency requirement as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended, is transmitted by the President to Congress: Provided, That all of the above amounts in this and the preceding three paragraphs are designated by Congress as emergency requirements pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended.
