107 STAT. 744 PUBLIC LAW 103-75—AUG. 12, 1993 of 1993, $5,410,000, to remain available until June 30, 1994, of which $2,705,000 shall be available only to the extent an official budget request for a specific dollar amount, that includes designation of the entire amount of the request as an emergency requirement as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, is transmitted by the President to Confess: Provided, That these funds are available to subsidize additional gross obligations for the principal amount of guaranteed loans not to exceed $100,000,000: Provided further, That the entire amount is designated by Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985. VERY LOW-INCOME HOUSING REPAIR GRANTS For an additional amount to make housing repairs needed as a result of the Midwest floods and other natural disasters of 1993, $15,000,000, to remam available until June 30, 1994: Provided, That the entire amount is designated by Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985. EMERGENCY COMMUNITY WATER ASSISTANCE GRANTS For an additional amount for emergency community water assistance grants to assist in the recovery from the Midwest floods and other natural disasters of 1993, $50,000,000, to remain available until June 30, 1994, of which $30,000,000 shall be available only to the extent an official budget request for a specific dollar amount, that includes designation of the entire amount of the request as an emergency requirement as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, is transmitted by the President to Congress: Provided, That the entire amount is designated by Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985. CHAPTER II DEPARTMENTS OF COMMERCE, JUSTICE, AND STATE, THE JUDICIARY, AND RELATED AGENCIES DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION OPERATIONS, RESEARCH, AND FACILITIES For an additional amount for emergency expenses resulting from the Midwest floods of 1993 and other disasters, $1,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 1995: Provided, That the entire amount is designated by Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended.
