ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION FUND For expenses necessary to implement the President's Forest Plan for "Jobs in the Woods" ecosystem restoration in Northern California, Washington, and Oregon, $7,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 1995: Provided, That with the approval of the Secretary, such amounts as may be identified in implementation plans may be transferred to the Bureau of Land Management, the Fish and Wildlife Service, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
