PUBLIC LAW 103-155—NOV. 24, 1993 107 STAT. 1523 Public Law 103-155 103d Congress An Act To amend the Indian Environmental General Assistance Program Act of 1992 to Nov. 24, 1993 extend the authorization of appropriations. [S. 654] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF AUTHORIZATION. Subsection (h) of the Indian Environmental General Assistance Program Act of 1992 (42 U.S.C. 4368b(h)) is amended by striking "and 1994" and inserting ", 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, and 1998. SEC. 2. REPORT TO CONGRESS. The Indian Environmental General Assistance Program Act of 1992 (42 U.S.C. 4368b) is amended by adding at the end the following: "(i) REPORT TO CONGRESS. — The Administrator shall transmit an annual report to the appropriate Committees of the Congress with jurisdiction over the applicable environmental laws and Indian tribes describing which Indian tribes or intertribal consortia have been granted approval by the Administrator pursuant to law to enforce certain environmental laws and the effectiveness of any such enforcement.". SEC. 3. MISCELLANEOUS. (a) GENERAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.— Subsection (d)(1) of the Indian Environmental CJeneral Assistance Program Act of 1992 (42 U.S.C. 4368b(d)(l)) is amended by inserting "consistent with other applicable provisions of law providing for enforcement of such laws by Indian tribes" after "programs". (b) EXPENDITURE OF GENERAL ASSISTANCE. —Subsection (f) of the Indian Environmental General Assistance Program Act of 1992 (42 U.S.C. 4368b(f)) is amended by adding at the end the following:
