PUBLIC LAW 103-236—APR. 30, 1994 108 STAT. 529 SEC. 910. FINAL REPORT OF COMMISSION; TERMINATION. (a) FINAL REPORT.— Not later than two years after the date of the first meeting of the Commission, the Commission shall submit to the Congress its final report, as described in section 905(2). (b) TERMINATION.— (1) The Commission, and all the authorities of this title, shall terminate on the date which is 60 days after the date on which a final report is required to be transmitted under subsection (a). (2) The Commission may use the 60-day period referred to in paragraph (1) for the purpose of concluding its activities, including providing testimony to committees of Congress concerning its final report and disseminating that report.
