SEC. 330011. PROBLEMS RELATED TO EXECUTION OF PRIOR AMEND- MENTS. (a) INCORRECT REFERENCE.— Section 2587(b) of Public Law 101- 18 USC prec. 647 is amended, effective as of the date on which that section ^^^^- took effect, by striking 'The chapter heading for" and inserting "The chapter analysis for". (b) LACK OF PUNCTUATION IN STRICKEN LANGUAGE. —Section 46(b) of the Criminal Law and Procedure Technical Amendments 18 USC 201 note. Act of 1986 is amended, effective as of the date on which that section took effect, so that— (A) in paragraph (1), the matter proposed to be stricken from the beginning of section 201(b) of title 18, United States Code, reads "(b) Whoever, directly"; and (B) in paragraph (2), a comma, rather than a semicolon, appears after "his lawful duty" in the matter to be stricken from paragraph (3) of section 201(b) of that title. (c) BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS.—<1) Section 3(b) of the Biological 18 USC 2516. Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 is amended, effective as of the date on which that section took effect, by striking "2516(c)" and inserting "2516(l)(c)". (2) The item in the part analysis for part I of title 18, United States Code, that relates to chapter 10 is amended by striking "Weapons" and inserting "weapons. (d) PLACEMENT OF NEW SECTION. —Section 404(a) of Public 18 USC 1169. Law 101-630 is amended, effective on the date such section took effect, by striking "adding at the end thereof each place it appears and inserting "inserting sSler section 1169".
