108 STAT. 2538 PUBLIC LAW 103-332—SEPT. 30, 1994 Arts; "Salaries and expenses", Advisory Council on Historic Preservation; "Salaries and expenses", National Capital Planning Commission; "Salaries and expenses", Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial Commission; and "Salaries and expenses", "Public development", Pennsylvania Avenue Development Corporation, each amount of budget authority for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1995, provided in this Act, for payments not required by law is hereby reduced by 0.191 per centum: Provided, That such reductions shall be applied ratably to each account, program, activity, and project provided for in this Act. This Act may be cited as the "Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1995". Approved September 30, 1994.
