(a) EXTENSIONS.— Notwithstanding section 2701 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (division B of Public Law 101-510; 104 Stat. 1782), the authorizations for the projects set forth in the tables in subsection (b), as provided in section 2201, 2301, or 2401 of that Act and extended by section 2702(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1992 (division B of Public Law 102-190; 105 Stat. 1535) and section 2702 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1994 (division B of Public Law 103-160; 107 Stat. 1880), shall remain in effect until October 1, 1995, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction forfisc£dyear 1996, whichever is later.
