108 STAT. 5074 CONCURRENT RESOLUTIONS—APR. 28, 1994 (A) to emphasize that the United States regards the human rights practices of the Government of Iran, particularly its treatment of the Baha'i community and other religious minorities, as a significant factor in the development of the United States Government's relations with the Government of Iran; (B) to urge the Government of Iran to emancipate the Baha'i community by granting those rights guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the international covenants on human rights; and (C) to encourage other governments to continue to appeal to the Government of Iran, and to cooperate with other governments and international organizations, including the United Nations and its agencies, in efforts to protect the religious rights of the Baha'is and other minorities through joint appeals to the Government of Iran and through other appropriate actions. SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Senate shall transmit a copy of this concurrent resolution to the President. Agreed to April 19, 1994. rs^S>n^R^^^67i ENROLLMENT CORRECTIONS—H.R. 2333 Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring). That in the enrollment of the bill (H.R. 2333) to authorize appropriations for the Department of State, the United States Information Agency, and related agencies, and for other purposes, the Clerk of the House of Representatives shall make the following corrections: (1) In section 201(a) after paragraph (6) insert the following new paragraph: "(7) TITLE V OF PUBLIC LAW 98-164.— To carry out title V of Public Law 98-164, $35,000,000 for the fiscal year 1994 and $35,000,000 for the fiscal year 1995.". (2) In section 140(a)(2), before the period at the end of the first sentence insert: ", to recover the costs of providing consular services". (3) In section 201(a)(1), strike "$473,488,000" and insert: "$487,988,000" and strike "$480,362,000" and insert: " $494,862,000 ". (4) In section 101(b)(2), insert the following new subparagraph (F): "(F) $2,000,000 is authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1995 for computer upgrades for the Bureau of Intelligence and Research.". (5) In section 516, strike "Senate" and insert: "Congress". (6) In the table of contents, strike "Sec. 249" and insert: "Sec. 239" immediately before "Increasing African participation in USIA exchange programs.". Agreed to April 28, 1994.
