MULTILATERAL ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE FUNDS APPROPRIATED TO THE PRESIDENT INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND PROGRAMS (RESCISSION) Of the funds made available under this heading in Public Law 103-306, $15,000,000 are rescinded, BILATERAI. ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE FUNDS APPROPRIATED TO THE PRESIDENT AGENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE FUND (RESCISSION) Of the funds made available under this heading in Public Law 103-306 and prior years' Foreign Operations, Export Financing and Related Programs Appropriations Acts, $41,300,000 are rescinded. POPULATION, DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE (RESCISSION) Of the funds made available under this heading in Public Law 103-306 and prior years' Foreign Operations, Export Financing and Related Programs Appropriations Acts, $19,000,000 are rescinded. DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR AFRICA (RESCISSION) Of the funds made available under this heading in Public Law 103-306 and prior years' Foreign Operations, Export Financing and Related Programs Appropriations Acts, $21,000,000 are rescinded.
