(b) SEMIANNUAL REPORT ON LoBBYiNG.Section 1352 of title 31, United States Code, is amended by— (1) striking out subsection (d); and (2) redesignating subsections (e), (f), (g), and (h) as subsections (d), (e), (f), and (g), respectively. (c) REPORTS ON PROGRAM FRAUD AND CIVIL REMEDIES.— (1) Section 3810 of title 31, United States Code, is repealed. (2) The table of sections for chapter 38 of title 31, United States Code, is amended by striking out the item relating to section 3810. (d) REPORT ON RIGHT TO FINANCIAL PRIVACY ACT. — Section 1121 of the Right to Financial Privacy Act of 1978 (12 U.S.C. 3421) is repealed. (e) REPORT ON PLANS TO CONVERT TO THE METRIC SYSTEM. — Section 12 of the Metric Conversion Act of 1975 (15 U.S.C. 205j- 1) is repealed. (f) REPORT ON TECHNOLOGY UTILIZATION AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.— Section 11(f) of the Stevenson-Wydler Technology Innovation Act of 1980 (15 U.S.C. 3710(f)) is repealed. (g) REPORT ON EXTRAORDINARY CONTRACTUAL ACTIONS TO FACILITATE THE NATIONAL DEFENSE. —Section 4(a) of the Act entitled "An Act to authorize the making, amendment, and modification of contracts to facilitate the national defense", approved August 28, 1958 (50 U.S.C. 1434(a)), is amended by striking out "all such actions taken" and inserting in lieu thereof "if any such action has been taken". (h) REPORTS ON DETAILING EMPLOYEES. — Section 619 of the Treasury, Postal Service, and General Government Appropriations 5 USC note prec. Act, 1993 (Public Law 102-393; 106 Stat. 1769), is repealed. 3341. SEC. 3002. REPORTS MODIFIED. Section 552bO) of title 5, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: "(j) Each agency subject to the requirements of this section shall annually report to the Congress regarding the following: "(1) The changes in the policies and procedures of the agency under this section that have occurred during the preceding 1-year period. "(2) A tabulation of the number of meetings held, the exemptions applied to close meetings, and the days of public notice provided to close meetings. "(3) A brief description of litigation or formal complaints concerning the implementation of this section by the agency. "(4) A brief explanation of any changes in law that have affected the responsibilities of the agency under this section.". 31 USC 1113 SEC. 3003. TERMINATION OF REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. ^^ ^' (a) TERMINATION.— (1) IN GENERAL.— Subject to the provisions of paragraph (2) of this subsection and subsection (d), each provision of law requiring the submittal to Congress (or any committee of the Congress) of any annual, semiannual, or other regular periodic report specified on the list described under subsection (c) shall cease to be effective, with respect to that requirement, 4 years after the date of the enactment of this Act.
