110 STAT. 1321-327 PUBLIC LAW 104-134—APR. 26, 1996 CHAPTERS DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE MILITARY CONSTRUCTION NORTH ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANIZATION SECURITY INVESTMENT PROGRAM For an additional amount for "North Atlantic Treaty Organization Security Investment Program", $37,500,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the Secretary of Defense may make additional contributions for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization as provided in section 2806 of title 10, United States Code: Provided further. That such amount is designated by Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended. GENERAL PROVISION SEC. 2601. LAND CONVEYANCE, U.S. ARMY RESERVE, GREENSBORO, ALABAMA. (a) CONVEYANCE AUTHORIZED.— The Secretary of the Army may convey, without consideration, to Hale County, Alabama, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a parcel of real property consisting of approximately 5.17 acres and located in Greensboro, Alabama, that was conveyed by Hale County, Alabama, to the United States by warranty deed dated September 12, 1988. (b) DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY.—The exact acreage and legal description of the property conveyed under subsection (a) shall be as described in the deed referred to in that subsection. (c) ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.— The Secretary may require such additional terms and conditions in connection with the conveyance under this section as the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United States. CHAPTER 7 DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE—MILITARY MILITARY PERSONNEL MILITARY PERSONNEL, ARMY For an additional amount for "Military Personnel, Army", $257,200,000: Provided, That such amount is designated by Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended.
