PUBLIC LAW 104-237—OCT. 3, 1996 110 STAT. 3113 (d) REPORT.— The Task Force shall present a report to the Attorney Genergd on its proposals with regard to suspicious orders and the electronic reporting of suspicious orders within one year of the date of enactment of this Act. Copies of the report shall be forweirded to the Committees of the Senate and House of Representatives having jurisdiction over the regulation of listed chemical and controlled substances. (e) FUNDING.— The administrative expenses of the Task Force shall be psdd out of existing Department of Justice funds or appropriations. (f) FACA. — The Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. App. ApplicabiKty. 2) shall apply to the Task Force. (g) TERMINATION.— The Task Force shall terminate upon presentation of its report to the Attorney Genergd, or two years after the date of enactment of this Act, whichever is sooner.
