PUBLIC LAW 104-329—OCT. 20, 1996 110 STAT. 4015 (c) STATUS OF MEMBERS.— The members appointed to the 3i use 5135 Citizens Commemorative Coin Advisory Committee under clause ^°^- (i) or (iii) of section 5135(a)(3)(A) of title 31, United States Code, shall not be treated as special Government employees. SEC. 304. MINT MANAGERIAL STAFFING REFORM. Section 5131 of title 31, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking subsection (c); and (2) by redesignating subsection (d) as subsection (c).
