(3) by adding "and" at the end of paragraph (3), as so redesignated. (b) CORRECTION OF CITATION. —Section 109(f) of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 7 USC 612c note. (a) EXTENSION OF CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS COORDINATED WITH DELAYED EFFECTIVE DATE FOR SUCCESSOR PROVISIONS.— Section 115(d)(2) of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Rec- 21 USC 862a. onciliation Act of 1996 (Public Law 104-193; 110 Stat. 2181) is amended by striking "convictions" and inserting "a conviction if the conviction is for conduct".
