(7) FOREIGN RELATIONS. — (A) ENVIRONMENT AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM.—Section 240(d) of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1994 and 1995 (22 U.S.C. 2452 note) is amended by striking "1201(a)" and inserting "101". (B) SAMANTHA SMITH MEMORIAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM. — Section 112(a)(8) of the Mutual Educational and Cultural Exchange Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2460(a)(8)) is amended— (i) by striking "1201(a)" and inserting "101"; and (ii) by striking "(20 U.S.C. 1141(a))". (C) SOVIET-EASTERN EUROPEAN TRAINING.— Section 803(1) of the Soviet-Eastern European Research and Training Act of 1983 (22 U.S.C. 4502(1)) is amended by striking "1201(a)" and inserting "101". (D) DEVELOPING COUNTRY SCHOLARSHIPS.— Section 603(d) of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1986 and 1987 (22 U.S.C. 4703(d)) is amended by striking "1201(a)" and inserting "101". (8) INDIANS.— (A) SNYDER ACT.—The last paragraph of section 410 of the Act entitled "An Act authorizing appropriations and expenditures for the administration of Indian Affairs, and for other purposes", approved November 2, 1921 (25 U.S.C. 13) (commonly known as the Snyder Act) is amended by striking "1201" and inserting "101". (B) TRIBALLY CONTROLLED COMMUNITY COLLEGE ASSIST- ANCE. —Section 2(a)(5) of the Tribally Controlled Community College Assistance Act (25 U.S.C. 1801(a)(5)) is amended by striking "1201(a)" and inserting "101". (C) CONSTRUCTION OF NEW FACILITIES. — Section 113(b)(2) of the Tribally Controlled Community College Assistance Act (25 U.S.C. 1813(b)(2)) is amended— (i) by striking "1201(a)" and inserting "101"; and (ii) by striking "(20 U.S.C. 1141(a))".
