President. SEC. 8109. (a) DISPOSAL OF CERTAIN MATERIALS IN NATIONAL 50 USC 98d note. DEFENSE STOCKPILE. —Subject to subsection (c), the President shall dispose of materials contained in the National Defense Stockpile and specified in the table in subsection (b) so as to result in receipts to the United States in the amount of $100,000,000 by the end of fiscal year 1999. (b) DISPOSAL QUANTITIES.— The total quantities of materials authorized for disposal by the President under subsection (a) may not exceed the amounts set forth in the following table:
