112 STAT. 2681-561 PUBLIC LAW 105-277—OCT. 21, 1998 further, That from amounts made available in this or any other Act for military construction, the Secretary of the Army may acquire real property and carry out a military construction project at Camp Casey in Korea, in the amount of $12,016,000. MILITARY CONSTRUCTION, NAVY For an additional amount for "Military Construction, Navy" to cover the incremental costs arising from the consequences of Hurricanes Georges and Bonnie, $5,860,000, as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2854, to remain available until September 30, 1999: Provided, That the entire amount shall be available only to the extent an official budget request for a specific dollar amount that includes designation of the entire amount of the request as an emergency requirement as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended, is transmitted by the President to the Congress: Provided further. That the entire sunount is designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended. MILITARY CONSTRUCTION, AIR FORCE For an additional amount for "Military Construction, Air Force", $29,200,000, to remain available until September 30, 1999: Provided, That of this amount, $2,200,000 shall be available to cover the incremental costs arising from force protection, as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2803: Provided further, That of this amount $27,000,000 shall be available to cover the incremental costs arising from the consequences of Hurricane Georges, as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2854: Provided further, That the entire amount shall be available only to the extent an official budget request for a specific dollar amount that includes designation of the entire amount of the request as an emergency requirement as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended, is transmitted by the President to the Congress: Provided further. That the entire amount is designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended. MILITARY CONSTRUCTION, ARMY NATIONAL GUARD For an additional amount for "Military Construction, Army National Guard" to cover the incremental costs arising from the consequences of Hurricsine Georges, $2,500,000, as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2854, to remain available until September 30, 1999: Provided, That the entire amount shall be available only to the extent an official budget request for a specific dollar amount that includes designation of the entire amount of the request as an emergency requirement as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control of 1985, as amended, is transmitted by the President to the Congress: Provided further.
