(7) EAST BOOTHBAY HARBOR, MAINE. —Section 364 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 is amended by striking paragraph (9) (110 Stat. 3734) aind inserting the following: "(9) EAST BOOTHBAY HARBOR, MAINE.— The project for navigation, East Boothbay Harbor, Maine, authorized by the first section of the Act entitled 'An Act making appropriations for the construction, repeiir, and preservation of certain public works on rivers and harbors, and for other purposes', approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 631, chapter 382).". (8) SEARSPORT HARBOR, SEARSPORT, MAINE. —The portion of the project for navigation, Searsport Harbor, Searsport, Maine, authorized by section 101 of the River and Harbor Act of 1962 (76 Stat. 1173), consisting of the 35-foot turning basin beginning at a point with coordinates N225,008.38, E395,464.26, thence running north 43 degrees 49 minutes 53.4 seconds east 362.001 feet to a point N225,269.52, E395,714.96, thence nuining south 71 degrees 27 minutes 33.0 seconds east 1,309.201 feet to a point N224,853.22, E396,956.21, thence running north 84 degrees 3 minutes 45.7 seconds west 1,499.997 feet to the point of origin. (9) WELLS HARBOR, MAINE. —The following portions of the project for navigation, Wells Harbor, Maine, authorized by section 101 of the River and Harbor Act of 1960 (74 Stat. 480):
