That none of the funds made available for injury prevention and control at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention may be used to advocate or promote gun control: Provided further. That the Director may redirect the total amount made available under authority of Public Law 101-502, section 3, dated November 3, 1990, to activities the Director may so designate: Provided further. That the Congress is to be notified promptly of any such transfer: Provided further. That not to exceed $10,000,000 may be available for making grants under section 1509 of the Public Health Service Act to not more than 15 States: Provided further. That notwithstanding any other provision of law, a single contract or related contracts for development and construction of facilities may be employed which collectively include the full scope of the project: Provided further. NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF DENTAL AND CRANIOFACIAL RESEARCH For carrying out section 301 and title IV of the Public Health Service Act with respect to dental disease, $306,448,000. NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF DIABETES AND DIGESTIVE AND KIDNEY DISEASES For carrying out section 301 and title IV of the Public Health Service Act with respect to diabetes and digestive and kidney disease, $1,303,385,000. ,, NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF NEUROLOGICAL DISORDERS AND STROKE For carrying out section 301 and title IV of the Public Health Service Act with respect to neurological disorders and stroke, $1,176,482,000.
