(5) The headings for sections 220(d)(1) and 3231(e)(10) are each amended by striking "MEDICAL SAVINGS ACCOUNT" and inserting "ARCHER MSA". (6) The headings for sections 106(b), 138(f), 220(i), and 4973(d) are each amended by striking "MEDICAL SAVINGS ACCOUNTS" and inserting "ARCHER MSAS". EXEMPTION OF CERTAIN REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. Section 3003(a)(1) of the Federal Reports Elimination and Sunset Act of 1995 (31 U.S.C. 1113 note) shall not apply to any report required to be submitted under any of the following provisions of law: (1) Section 13031(f) of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (19 U.S.C. 58c(f)).
