116 STAT. 862 PUBLIC LAW 107-206—AUG. 2, 2002 Of the funds provided under this heading in Public Law 107- 20 for electric power operations and related activities at the San Carlos Irrigation Project, $10,000,000 are rescinded. Funds provided under this heading in Public Law 107-20, for electric power operations and related activities at the San Carlos Irrigation Project, and remaining within the account may be used for unanticipated trust reform projects and costs related to the ongoing Cobell litigation or other litigation concerning the management of Indian trust funds: Provided, That funds made available herein may, as needed, be transferred to or merged with any account funded in the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act to reimburse costs incurred for these litigation activities. DEPARTMENTAL OFFICES DEPARTMENTAL MANAGEMENT SALARIES AND EXPENSES For an additional amount for "Salaries and Expenses", $905,000, for emergency security expenses, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the entire amount is designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended: Provided further. That the entire amount shall be available only to the extent an official budget request that includes designation of the entire amount of the request as an emergency requirement as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended, is transmitted by the President to the Congress. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOREST SERVICE WILDLAND FIRE MANAGEMENT For an additional amount to cover necessary expenses for wildfire suppression operations, $50,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That such funds are also available for repay- ment of advances to other appropriation accounts from which funds were previously transferred for wildfire suppression: Provided further. That the entire amount is designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended: Provided further. That the entire amount shall be available only to the extent that an official budget request, that includes designation of the entire amount of the request as an emergency requirement as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended, is transmitted by the President to the Congress.
