PUBLIC LAW 108–1—JAN. 8, 2003 (b) EFFECTIVE DATE.—The amendment made by this section shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the Temporary Extended Unemployment Compensation Act of 2002 (Public Law 107–147; 116 Stat. 21). Approved January 8, 2003.
