118 STAT. 994 PUBLIC LAW 108–287—AUG. 5, 2004 other funds in this account and shall be made available for haz ardous fuels reduction, hazard mitigation, and rehabilitation activi ties of the Forest Service in the San Bernardino National Forest, and $10,000,000, to remain available until expended, shall be trans ferred within 15 days of the enactment of this Act to the Forest Service, ‘‘Capital Improvement and Maintenance’’ account and shall be made available to construct a wildfire management training facility in San Bernardino County: Provided further, That the transfer authority provided in this section is in addition to any other transfer authority available to the Department of Defense. (INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS) SEC. 8099. Of the amounts appropriated in this Act under the heading ‘‘Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy’’, $484,390,000 shall be available until September 30, 2005, to fund prior year shipbuilding cost increases: Provided, That upon enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Navy shall transfer such funds to the following appropriations in the amounts specified: Provided further, That the amounts transferred shall be merged with and be available for the same purposes as the appropriations to which transferred: To: Under the heading, ‘‘Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy, 1996/2005’’: LPD–17 Amphibious Transport Dock Ship Pro gram, $55,000,000. Under the heading, ‘‘Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy, 1999/2005’’: New SSN, $10,000,000; LPD–17 Amphibious Transport Dock Ship Pro gram, $38,100,000. Under the heading, ‘‘Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy, 2000/2005’’: DDG–51 Destroyer Program, $44,963,000; LPD–17 Amphibious Transport Dock Ship Pro gram, $171,681,000. Under the heading, ‘‘Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy, 2001/2005’’: DDG–51 Destroyer Program, $83,316,000; New SSN, $67,330,000. Under the heading, ‘‘Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy, 2002/2005’’: LCAC SLEP, $2,100,000. Under the heading, ‘‘Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy, 2003/2005’’: LCAC SLEP, $11,900,000: Provided further, That section 126 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (Public Law 108–136; 117 Stat. 1410; 10 U.S.C. 7291 note) is repealed. SEC. 8100. The Secretary of the Navy may settle, or com promise, and pay any and all admiralty claims under 10 U.S.C. 7622 arising out of the collision involving the U.S.S. GREENEVILLE and the EHIME MARU, in any amount and with out regard to the monetary limitations in subsections (a) and (b) of that section: Provided, That such payments shall be made from funds available to the Department of the Navy for operation and maintenance.
