118 STAT. 1240 PUBLIC LAW 108–324—OCT. 13, 2004 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE, ARMY RESERVE (INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS) For an additional amount for ‘‘Operation and Maintenance, Army Reserve’’, $1,400,000, for emergency hurricane and other natural disaster related expenses, which shall be available for transfer to reimburse costs incurred in fiscal year 2004: Provided, That such amount is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of S. Con. Res. 95 (108th Congress), as made applicable to the House of Representatives by H. Res. 649 (108th Congress) and applicable to the Senate by section 14007 of Public Law 108–287. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE, NAVY RESERVE (INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS) For an additional amount for ‘‘Operation and Maintenance, Navy Reserve’’, $1,000,000, for emergency hurricane and other nat ural disaster related expenses, which shall be available for transfer to reimburse costs incurred in fiscal year 2004: Provided, That such amount is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of S. Con. Res. 95 (108th Congress), as made applicable to the House of Representatives by H. Res. 649 (108th Congress) and applicable to the Senate by section 14007 of Public Law 108–287. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE, AIR FORCE RESERVE (INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS) For an additional amount for ‘‘Operation and Maintenance, Air Force Reserve’’, $2,400,000, for emergency hurricane and other natural disaster related expenses, which shall be available for transfer to reimburse costs incurred in fiscal year 2004: Provided, That such amount is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of S. Con. Res. 95 (108th Congress), as made applicable to the House of Representatives by H. Res. 649 (108th Congress) and applicable to the Senate by section 14007 of Public Law 108–287. Con. Res. 95 (108th Congress), as made applicable to the House of Representatives by H. Res. 649 (108th Congress) and applicable to the Senate by section 14007 of Public Law 108–287.
