RELATED AGENCY DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOREST SERVICE STATE AND PRIVATE FORESTRY For an additional amount for ‘‘State and Private Forestry’’, $49,100,000, to remain available until expended, to address dam ages from natural disasters: Provided, That such amount is des ignated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of S. Con. Res. 95 (108th Congress), as made applicable to the House of Representatives by H. Res. 649 (108th Congress) and applicable to the Senate by section 14007 of Public Law 108–287. NATIONAL FOREST SYSTEM For an additional amount for ‘‘National Forest System’’, $12,153,000, to remain available until expended, to address dam ages from natural disasters: Provided, That such amount is des ignated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of S. WILDLAND FIRE MANAGEMENT For an additional amount for ‘‘Wildland Fire Management’’, $1,028,000, to remain available until expended, to address damages from natural disasters: Provided, That such amount is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of S. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE For an additional amount for ‘‘Capital Improvement and Maintenance’’, $50,815,000, to remain available until expended, to address damages from natural disasters: Provided, That such amount is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of S.
