System with maintaining the security, productivity, and management goals of the Department of Energy and public health and safety; and (C) consider research in existence on the date of enact ment of this Act by the Department of Energy on the historical significance and feasibility of preserving and interpreting the various sites and structures in the study area. (b) REPORT.—Not later than 2 years after the date on which funds are made available to carry out the study, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report that describes the findings of the study and the conclusions and recommendations of the Sec retary. SEC. 4. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this Act. Approved October 18, 2004.
