DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOREST SERVICE STATE AND PRIVATE FORESTRY
For an additional amount for ‘‘State and Private Forestry’’, $30,000,000, to remain available until expended, for necessary expenses related to the consequences of hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico in calendar year 2005: Provided, That the amount provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of H. Con. Res. 95 (109th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006. NATIONAL FOREST SYSTEM
For an additional amount for ‘‘National Forest System’’, $20,000,000, to remain available until expended, for necessary expenses, including hazardous fuels reduction, related to the consequences of hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico in calendar year 2005: Provided, That the amount provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of H. Con. Res. 95 (109th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006: Provided further, That these sums may be used to replace grant funds previously obligated to the impacted areas.
