The Secretary shall conduct a study to determine the feasibility of carrying out a project for flood damage reduction, Gloucester County, New Jersey, including the feasibility of restoring the flood protection dikes in Gibbstown, New Jersey, and the associated tidegates in Gloucester County, New Jersey. SEC. 4056. PERTH AMBOY, NEW JERSEY.
The Secretary shall conduct a study to determine the feasibility of carrying out a project for environmental restoration and recreation on the Arthur Kill, Perth Amboy, New Jersey. SEC. 4057. BATAVIA, NEW YORK.
