NATIONAL CAPITAL PLANNING COMMISSION SALARIES AND EXPENSES
For necessary expenses, as authorized by the National Capital Planning Act of 1952 (40 U.S.C. 71–71i), including services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109, $8,265,000: Provided, That one-quarter of 1 percent of the funds provided under this heading may be used for official reception and representational expenses associated with hosting international visitors engaged in the planning and physical development of world capitals. For expenses of the Holocaust Memorial Museum, as authorized by Public Law 106–292 (36 U.S.C. 2301–2310), $45,496,000, of which $515,000 for the equipment replacement program shall remain available until September 30, 2010; and $1,900,000 for the museum’s repair and rehabilitation program and $1,264,000 for the museum’s exhibition design and production program shall remain available until expended.
