(a) I N GENERA L .—Section 208 of the District of Columbia Public Postsecondary Education Reorgani z ation Act (Public Law 93–471; 88 Stat. 1428) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(2), by striking ‘‘, except’’ and all that follows through the period and inserting a period; and (2) in subsection (c)— (A) by striking ‘‘section 3’’ each place it appears and inserting ‘‘section 3(c)’’; and ( B ) by striking ‘‘Such sums may be used to pay’’ and all that follows through ‘‘work.’’.
