(a) CH AR G ES U N D ER CONTRACTS FOR M EDICAL CARE.—Section 10 9 7(e) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking ‘ ‘September 3 0, 2007 ’ ’ and inserting ‘‘September 30, 200 8 ’’. (b) CHARGES FOR IN P ATIENT CARE.—Section 1086(b)(3) of such title is amended by striking ‘‘September 30, 2007.’’ and inserting ‘‘September 30, 2008’’.
