(d) CONFOR M ING AMENDMENTS.—Section 16133(a) of title 10, U nited States Code, is amended by striking ‘‘(1)’’ and all that follows through the period at the end of the subsection and inserting ‘‘on the date the person is separated from the Selected Reserve.’’. (e) CLERICAL AMENDMENTS.—(1) The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 30 of title 3 8 , United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 3020 and inserting the following new item

This chapter may be cited as the ‘‘Close the Con- tractor Fraud Loophole Act’’. RE V ISION OF THE FEDERAL AC Q UISITION REGULATION SEC. 6102. The Federal Ac q uisition Regulation shall be amended within 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act pursuant to FAR Case 2007 – 006 (as published at 72 Fed Reg. 6 4 019, November 14, 2007) or any follow-on FAR case to include provisions that require timely notification by Federal contractors of violations of Federal criminal law or overpayments in connection with the award or performance of covered contracts or subcontracts, including those performed outside the United States and those for commercial items.
