( 5 ) WITHDRAW A L .— S ub j ect to valid existin g rights , the Fed - eral land described in paragraph ( 2 )is w ithdrawn from— ( A ) all forms of entry, appropriation, or disposal under the public land laws; ( B ) location, entry, and patent under the mining laws; and ( C ) disposition under all laws relating to mineral and geothermal leasing. SEC.1206 . LAND E X C H AN G ES. (a) C O O PE RSP U R- G O V ER NM ENT CAMP L AND E XC HAN G E.— ( 1 ) D E F INITION S .—In this subsection

(A) COUNT Y .— T he term ‘ ‘County ’ ’ means H ood R iver County, O regon. (B) EXCHANGE MAP.—The term ‘‘exchange map’’ means the map entitled ‘‘Cooper Spur / Government Camp Land Exchange’’, dated J une 2 0 0 6 . (C) FEDERAL LAND.—The term ‘‘Federal land’’ means the approximately 120 acres of N ational Forest System land in the M ount Hood National Forest in Government Camp, Clac k amas County, Oregon, identified as ‘‘ U SFS Land to be Conveyed’’ on the exchange map. (D) MT. HOOD MEADOWS.—The term ‘‘Mt. Hood Meadows’’ means the Mt. Hood Meadows Oregon, Limited P artnership. (E) NON-FEDERAL LAND.—The term ‘‘non-Federal land’’ means— (i) the parcel of approximately 7 70 acres of private land at Cooper Spur identified as ‘‘Land to be acquired by USFS’’ on the exchange map; and (ii) any buildings, furniture, fixtures, and equip- ment at the Inn at Cooper Spur and the Cooper Spur Ski Area covered by an appraisal described in para- graph (2)(D). (2) COOPER SPUR-GOVERNMENT CAMP LAND EXCHANGE.— (A) CONVEYANCE OF LAND.—Subject to the provisions of this subsection, if Mt. Hood Meadows offers to convey to the United States all right, title, and interest of Mt. Hood Meadows in and to the non-Federal land, the Sec- retary shall convey to Mt. Hood Meadows all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the Federal land (other than any easements reserved under subpara- graph (G)), subject to valid existing rights. (B) COMPLIANCE WITH EXISTING LAW.—Except as other- wise provided in this subsection, the Secretary shall carry out the land exchange under this subsection in accordance with section 206 of the Federal Land Policy and Manage- ment Act of 1 9 76( 43 U.S.C. 1716). (C) CONDITIONS ON ACCEPTANCE.— (i) TITLE.—As a condition of the land exchange under this subsection, title to the non-Federal land
