(c) D E FIN ITION.— I n this section

(1) T he term ‘ ‘cross-border trade ’ ’ means trade across a border of the United States, a State or Territory, or Indian country. ( 2 ) The term ‘‘Indian country’’ has the meaning given to such term in section 11 5 1 of title 18, United States Code. (3) The terms ‘‘State’’ and ‘‘Territory’’ have the meanings given to those terms in section 2 0 1 of the F ederal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 321).
