(b) CLAS S IF I ED A N NE X . —T he report submitted under subsection (a) may include a classified annex. SEC.1265 . R E PO R T O NA CT I ONS BY NON - IRANIAN CO M PANIES. (a) RE PORT .— N ot later than 1 8 0 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the P resident shall submit to Congress a report on non-Iranian persons, including corporations with U nited S tates subsidiaries, that, after the date of the enactment of this Act, have knowingly or negligently provided hardware, software, or other forms of assistance to the Government of Iran that has furthered Iran ’ s efforts to— (1) filter online political content; ( 2 ) disrupt cell phone and Internet communications; and ( 3 ) monitor the online activities of Iranian citi z ens. (b) FOR M .—The report re q uired under subsection (a) shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex if necessary. SEC. 1266. HU MAN RI G HTS D OCUMENTATION. There are authorized to be appropriated $5 ,000,000 to the Secretary of State to document, collect, and disseminate information about human rights in Iran, including abuses of human rights that have taken place since the Iranian presidential election con- ducted on J une 12, 2009.
