C on. R es. 13 (111th Con- gress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2010

and of which not to exceed $150,000,000 shall remain available until expended: Provided, That not to exceed $205,000 shall be available for official reception and representation expenses: Pro - vided fu r th er, That notwithstanding section 205 of this A ct, the D irector of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, upon a determina- tion that additional funding is necessary to carry out construction of the Biometrics Technology Center, may transfer from amounts available for ‘ ‘Salaries and E xpenses ’ ’ to amounts available for ‘‘Construction’’ up to $30,000,000 in fees collected to defray expenses for the automation of fingerprint identification and criminal j ustice information services and associated costs: Provided further, That any transfer made pursuant to the previous proviso shall be subject to section 505 of this Act. C ONSTRUCTION For all necessary expenses, to include the cost of e q uipment, furniture, and information technology requirements, related to construction or acquisition of buildings, facilities and sites by pur- chase, or as otherwise authorized by law; conversion, modification and extension of Federally-owned buildings; and preliminary plan- ning and design of projects; $239,915,000, to remain available until expended. DRUG ENFORCE M ENT ADMINISTRATION SALARIES AND EXPENSES For necessary expenses of the Drug Enforcement Administra- tion, including not to exceed $70,000 to meet unforeseen emer- gencies of a confidential character pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 530C; and expenses for conducting drug education and training programs, including travel and related expenses for participants in such pro- grams and the distribution of items of token value that promote the goals of such programs, $2,019,682,000; of which not to exceed $75,000,000 shall remain available until expended; and of which not to exceed $100,000 shall be available for official reception and representation expenses.
