And be itherther enacted, That the provisions of the act, ap- ?sd1·L‘ff_°"°R°°k proved April nineteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-fbur, entitled "An act; in addition to an act for the establishment of certain arscuals," be so extended as to include the small islands contiguous to Rock Island, and known as Benham’s, Wils0n’s, and Winnebago islands. And be it further enacted, That the fbllowirw sums be, and they are hereby, appropriated, out; of any money in {Ec treasury not otherwise appropriated, for Rock Island arsenal, to be applied as follows, viz: For claims for To liquidate claims for property in Benhanfs, Wilson’s, and `Winnebago £)’1?f“°;1E{af;kIf3r_ islands, and for property in Rock Island which has been taken, in purposes, suancc of law, for military purposes, two hundred and ninety-three thousand six hundred dollars, or so much thereof, and no more, as may be necessary to pay the respective claimants such amounts as may be reported by the board of commissioners authorized by the act of April nineteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and ordered by the United States circuit; court 1:0 be paid to each.
