Wooten, deceased, late a private in Daviess County company of home guards, Kentucky militia, and to pay to them, or to their legally appointed guardian or guardians, a pension to commence on the eleventh day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and to continue until they severally attain the age of sixteen years.
