Wl11Ké, late captain of company C, third° ` regiment of North Carolina mounted infantry, out of any money appropriated for the pay of the army, the full pay and allowances of u captain of infantry, from October fifteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, to August eighth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five. March L 1g5g_ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, T hat the Secretary of the Inte- P¤¤¤i¤¤ W rim- be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pénsion Gym Hm roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Cyrus Hall, late :1 private in company A, of the fortieth regiment of Massachusetts volunteer infantry, commencing May thirticth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three.
